Welcome back. Let’s take a moment to extend our appreciation to Clark’s Dairy Farm in Delhi who announced their creamery is closing up shop. Thanks to Kyle and the team — which includes the cows — for everything you’ve done, and all of those the top-tier dairy products (that cold brew…). I, like many others, hope this is only temporary. Wishing you all the best. Now, let us begin.

TIMBER RATTLER TOTES
After months of testing - the totes have arrived. They’ve been battle tested and are ready for whatever you can throw at ‘em or in ‘em.
Heavy duty 24A canvas. No bells. No whistles. No zippers to break. No fancy lining to rip. Just rivets, canvas, an outer pocket, and an inner pocket.
They are limited edition, so when they’re gone, they’re gone forever.
If you want one, you should probably get one and I’ll be shipping them out immediately.

LAST CALL
Reservations close in just a few hours for the next Catskill Crew Dinner Club in Woodstock.

Take the quiz, get matched, and come out to meet some new friends and see some neighbors.

FARM FRIENDS
The votes were close and the results are in: Penny the cow took the lead, followed by Leroy the pig, and then Tuesday the goat.
But I say… we sponsor ALL three of them and do our best to support the good people over at the Woodstock Farm Sanctuary.
The fundraiser is all set up and 100% of the funds go toward the cause. Every contribution matters, chip in a few bucks if you can and send the link to your group chat. If we exceed the target goal (fingers crossed), we can vote on other animals to sponsor.
P.S. I’ll arrange a volunteer day on the farm for all of to hang out with our new friends.

JAMES BEARD
The James Beard Foundation announced their semi-finalists for best chefs in New York State and we got two upstate legends on the list.
Shoutout to to the talented Chef Corwin Kave from Deer Mountain Inn and Chef Efrén Hernández over at Casa Susanna. If you haven’t been to either spot, go treat yourself to something special.

QUARTERLIES
The Winter Quarterlies continue to ship out and are making their way to your mailboxes. If you want one, you can get it here.
